Note: This policy does not cover third-party tools, software licenses, or subscriptions purchased through or recommended by DEVMINGLE LIMITED.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

A. Project Cancellation Before Initiation

If a client cancels a service before the project has started, they are eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable processing or consultation fees.

B. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with the delivered service and can demonstrate that:

  • The service did not meet agreed-upon requirements

  • Delivery deviated significantly from project scope

  • We failed to correct issues after a reasonable number of revisions

Then you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the amount of work already completed and associated costs.

C. Delayed Project Delivery

If we are unable to start or complete your project within the agreed timeframe due to internal issues, you may be eligible for:

  • A partial refund

  • Or full refund (in case of non-commencement and client withdrawal)


3. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Client changes scope or requirements mid-project

  • Delays caused by incomplete input, content, or approvals from the client

  • After final project approval and delivery

  • For work already completed as per agreement

  • Issues caused by third-party platforms, APIs, or software


4. Return Policy for Digital Services

As a digital services provider, we do not offer returns in the traditional sense. However, we are dedicated to providing revisions or additional support based on our service scope.

If you experience any problems, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team before requesting a refund.


5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send a written refund request to dev@devmingle.dev with the following details:

    • Project Name / Service Ordered

    • Date of Purchase

    • Reason for Refund

  2. Our team will review the request within 7 business days and notify you of the outcome.

  3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days through the original payment method.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank or payment account

  • Contact your payment provider; it may take time before your refund is officially posted

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at dev@devmingle.dev


7. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage clients to first contact us with any service issues. If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication or an attempt to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to challenge it and pursue legal action if necessary.
